Our chef Christine will help you discover the delights of the Savoyard cuisine with regional specialties and tasty family dishes in the cosy atmosphere of our dining room.
In the summer you can dine in the garden facing the Mount-Blanc Mountains and the Aiguilles de Chamonix, or on the terrace. The Cremerie du Glacier’s restaurant is open every evening from 7.30pm.
The specialties of the Haut Savoie and Chamonix
The Haute Savoie is an area of gastronomy. You will get to taste delicious Savoyard gratins, hotpots, soups, salads, pot-au-feu, fondues, “raclettes”, “croutes”, “tartiflettes” and other “braserades”… not to mention the “farçon”, a Chamonix specialty.
